Shipping Fees

We charge a flat rate of R100 on all orders, anywhere in South Africa. No hidden fees. No guesswork. Just simple, sunny shipping.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been placed and payment is confirmed, your Swim Shady will be dispatched within 1–2 business days.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes:

2–4 business days to major cities

3–7 business days to outlying or regional areas

(We’ll send you tracking details as soon as your order ships.)

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

Delivery Partners

We work with trusted South African couriers to ensure your Swim Shady arrives on time and in perfect condition.

 

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and secure.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

 

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available, the courier may reattempt delivery or contact you to arrange a suitable time.

 

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 24 hours at orders@swimshady.co.za so we can sort it out swiftly.

At this time, we only ship within South Africa.
